Rental Details
Rental of Grey Rock Mansion includes use of the three public rooms plus the ballroom, porches, and lawns, separate wedding suites and large tented area leading to rear garden and gazebo. Our Venue Rental includes 4 hours of event time, 2 hours of setup and 1 hour of cleanup, 19 Tables and 175 Chivari Chairs. You will also have access to the wedding suites 2 hours prior to the start of your event.
Capacity: The max capacity when using both the Ballroom and the Tent is 250 guests with a dance floor.
Deposit: To reserve a Saturday or Holiday date, a $3,000 non-transferable deposit in cash or check is required. All other dates, a $2,000 deposit required. There will be a 3.0% fee if reserved via credit card. The balance is due three months prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled more than six months in advance, there will be a $500 refund. There is no refund when cancelled less than six months prior.
Rehearsal: A one-hour rehearsal is included and can be scheduled within two months of your wedding date.
Catering
A caterer must be chosen from our list of approved caterers, located below. All food and beverages must be served by your caterer.
