Basic RentalRental of Grey Rock Mansion includes use of the indoor Ballroom, tented area, gardens, bridal suite and groom’s suite. This includes 4 hours for the reception, along with 2 hours for caterer and vendor setup and 1 hour for cleanup. Eighteen 60-inch tables, one 8-foot table and 175 chairs are also provided for your reception.
Wedding SuitesFor basic rentals of Grey Rock Mansion, two on-site changing suites are available for the wedding party to get ready in. These suites will be available two hours prior to the event start time
CapacityThe Ballroom seats 100 guests with a dance floor, while the Tent can seat 200 guests. The max capacity when using both spaces is 250 guests with a dance floor.

On any day of the week, excluding Saturday, only one event will be held. On Saturdays, two events may be held. The available time slots are between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. or 6 p.m. and 12 a.m. There must be three hours between each event, and the same caterer would be used for both events. The first party to book has first choice on caterer.
Reserve exclusivity for your special day and be the only event on a Saturday. Our exclusive rental includes the ceremony fee, an extra hour of event time, and access to the wedding suites three hours prior. You also have flexibility with your event start time.
Basic Rental: To reserve a Friday, Saturday or Sunday date, a $1,000 non-transferable deposit in cash or check is required. For reservations from Monday-Thursday, a $750 non-transferable deposit in cash or check is required.
Saturday Exclusive Rental: A $2,000 non-transferable deposit in cash or check is required.
Please note: There will be a 3% fee if reserved via credit card. The balance is due three months prior to the event.
Last Minute Event Discount: Reserve two months or less in advance of the requested date and receive a $1,000 discount Friday-Sunday or a $250 discount Monday-Thursday.
Active Military Discount – 10%.
If one or both of the wedding couple is declared “active duty military,” official papers verifying their deployment must be presented up to 3 months prior to the reserved event date. Grey Rock Mansion, LLC will work with the couple to reschedule the event date, by either moving the date earlier or later. Dates can be rescheduled within 2 years of the original event date. Only one date change is permitted. All money received will be applied to this new date. In the unfortunate situation of death of the active duty military person, official papers verifying this fact must be presented and all money paid will be fully refunded.
A one-hour rehearsal is included and can be scheduled within two months of your wedding date. Times requested may not be available due to other events scheduled at Grey Rock, so please call 410-486-5621 for availability.
If cancelled more than six months in advance, there will be a $500 refund. There is no refund when cancelled less than six months prior.
A caterer must be chosen from our list of approved caterers, located below. All food and beverages must be served by your caterer.
